Director of the film ‘Don’t Cry Mommy’, Kim YongHan has given praise to U-KISS’s Dongho’s acting skills.
Director Kim YongHan participated in press conference for film ‘Don’t Cry Mommy’ on October 15, at Lotte Cinema. The film tells a story about a mother who seeks revenge on the suspects who killed her high school daughter.
Kim YongHan confessed, “I don’t know idols that well”. He continued, “I didn’t expect to receive such a big response to Dongho’s character, a minor sexual predator“. In the film, Dongho plays an over-confident high school student, who performs the crime of sexual assault on a female student, Eunha (played by Nam Bora) and does not feel the consequences of his actions.
Director Kim said, “Dongho truly acts very well. If another idol had tried, they wouldn’t have been able to as there is a lot of depth in the confidence of the character to make such bold decisions.” “Dongho was just 17 (when filming) the difficult decision, so I and the audience remain very thankful towards him. Dongho acts extremely well. The only thing is, it’s a shame he couldn’t have prepared more due to his busy schedule”.

U-KISS’ Dong Ho will see his movie premiere in November.
Don’t Cry Mommy revolves around the story of sexual offenders against minors and is directed by Kim Yong Han and stars Yoo Sun, Nam Bo Ra, U-Kiss’ Dong Ho and more.
The movie will first make its limited premiere at the upcoming Busan International Film Festival on October 8. After the movie’s screening, Dong Ho, Yoo Sun and the other actors and director will come out to greet the audience and share a discussion time with them.
The dark movie revolves around a mother (Yoo Sun) who loses her only daughter to a group of delinquent high school students. Deciding to take justice into her own hands, the mother viciously goes after the high school students with unforeseen consequences for both the mother and perpetrators. Dong Ho stars as Jo Han, the classmate of Yoo Sun’s daughter, Eun Ah.
The movie will see its major premiere in November.

Alright, please ignore the last post, I assumed it was going to be the same thing in every city/country. Apparently, we only need to represent the country in one city (though I feel it is highly unfair to fans in other parts of such a large country but rules are rules).
Does anyone have any suggestion for an event? We can’t do Karaoke or art activities because Sydney is doing that. We have to choose one activity, below are few options, please respond quickly so we can finalize it.
Date: Sunday, May 13th
Time: If we choose light show it will take place at 7pm, everything else will be at 12pm
Place: Christie Pit (Downtown Koreatown)
– U-Kiss Flashmob
– U-Kiss light show (we can create U-Kiss’ name wearing their official colour)
– Promoting U-Kiss at one of the Koreatowns in Toronto
– Creating a message book for U-Kiss (we can take pictures and film the process)
Also, does everyone still want to grab lunch since apparently Sydney is not filming that part so we can do it. As in, order U-Kiss favourite Korean food and have a feast. What do you think? We can make this one of the options as well.
